About Nikki Flux (and art design)
Yep. It’s my real name.
I like little creative surprises, the weird and wonderful. It brings me a deep joy to create.
I’ve been working within the creative industry since 2011 in with excellent skills art direction, graphic design, and illustration (and years of informal scribbling, doodling and making weird stuff for fun.) Whether digital or physical creations, I am curious and excited to work alongside clients for a range of outcomes.
Why Art Design?
My design skills come from my love of drawing and painting. I have been drawing forever and have I expanded my art practice into a variety of things. Learning, trying and creating things bring joy just so happened to expand into a design career. I’m proud of both my artistic and design expertise, and believe it’s important you understand my background when I approach something creative.
What do I do best for clients
My sweet spot is creative direction for print, publication, identity and complimentary assets like merchandising or social media. I also love illustration and incorporate unique themes into my work where I can and where it works! I’ve worked alongside a range of clients to deliver designs that are one of a kind, considered and in-line with the wants and needs of the project goal.
What my process is and what you can expect working with me
I want your input along the way. We will discuss the best way forward and I will guide you to your goal and perhaps even outcomes you would never expect! These steps ensure the final art is perfect for you and your needs.
